PhD Academic Forum
Academic Independence & Accountability
The PhD Academic Forum, established within WAINQM International, provides a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue, critical inquiry, and the responsible sharing of knowledge.
Beginning with medicine and healthcare, the Forum explores the intersections of science, AI, philosophy, human rights, and society.
We do not blindly follow authority, nor do we tolerate misconduct uncritically. We value scientific evidence, transparency, open dialogue, and accountability.
Our purpose is not to defend titles or institutions, but to advance knowledge, uphold human dignity, and contribute to the well-being of society.

Three Principles We Wish to Demonstrate at the PhD Forum
1. Widely opening up opportunities for challenge
We do not judge potential solely on the basis of one’s alma mater or academic entrance exam scores. We also respect practical experience, original research questions and a passion for research, and enable people to return to learning and participate in research.
2. Clarifying research standards
We place great importance on the presentation of evidence, the review of prior research, methodological transparency, the ability to address counterarguments, and research ethics. We evaluate research based on its content, not on academic titles.
3. Not excluding dissenting views, and enhancing the quality of debate
Whether it be conventional medicine, traditional medicine or naturopathy, we do not prejudge their validity or invalidity from the outset. We examine the strength and limitations of the evidence, and researchers with differing perspectives engage on an equal footing
